Yes, our WordPress maintenance service really does! As soon as you’ve actively subscribed to a Enterprise plan, you may submit an unlimited number of requests to our Help Desk Support team. Each individual task is limited to approximately 30 minutes, but there’s no limit on the number of 30-minute tasks you can send us each month.
If your website is on a Professional or Enterprise plan then you get Help Desk Support.
Help Desk Support tasks generally do include any WordPress issues or updates that can be completed within 30 minutes or less while logged in to your WordPress Dashboard, including:
- Fixing website errors and bugs
- Edits to existing page content, copy and images
- Install & configure plugins
- User login & password management
If your site is on an Enterprise plan, then Help Desk Support may also include:
- Publishing new blog posts & landing pages
- Updating existing page layouts
Help Desk Support tasks do not include, on any plans:
- Custom development (PHP, plugins, themes, etc)
- Developing a new landing page layout, contact form, or new website
- Updating your theme or plugin code
- Graphic design
- Copyrighting
For Example:
- Included: You want us to update the staff directory on your website.
- Not included: You want us to design a new graphic to add to your website.
- Included: You want us to add a new field to your contact form.
- Not included: You want us to create a new form for job applicants.
Each domain (website.com, subdomain.website.com, etc) requires it’s own plan, either Essentials, Professional, or Enterprise. If you have 3 websites that you would like us to maintain and manager, you’ll need 3 separate plans. If you have 5 or more websites please book a call for custom pricing. If you have more than one website on a multisite network we require that you sign up for an Enterprise plan.
All tasks that can be complete in the WordPress dashboard and require less than 30 minutes to complete are included in both Professional or Enterprise plans.
Our core support team works remotely within the US. Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm ET. We respond to all requests as soon as possible and strive to complete all Help Desk Support requests within 1-2 business days. Tickets are completed based on the order they are received and the severity of the issue.

Once you sign up for the plan that makes the most sense for your WordPress website, you’ll receive a welcome email with details about how to securely send us your login credentials for both WP admin and FTP.
